Values were checked with a DVM were:

pitch.flux 0.022
roll.flux 0.001

pitch.eddy -0.055
roll.flux 0.102

I don't think this had been done since I arrived, so the levels have been set to
read the flux tower for the last 3 days.

There was an error in archive_config, where it was storing cosmos 106&107 in both
eddy/uwlev and flux/uw05m. cosmos 104&105 are the ones to be stored in eddy/uwlev.
This will have had no effect on the data since it was only now that I changed to
monitor the eddy levels. Archiving on cosmos was shut down and restarted (20:27:17).
Also, the gains were off by a factor of 10 (I think) - note the earlier comment
on voltage output, along with another gain of 10 that 1 volt=10 degrees.
Charlie is about to add mean computation of these signals to covar.

While I worked on the shield for Wim's sensor I apparently changed the orientation of
the levels. Looking at the level data for this afternoon, I see a change in
pitch from -.60 to -1.05 and in roll from 1.04 to .99. That's what we installed the
levels for!

After looking at a few hours of data using S, it appears that the sonic does move
in the wind, but only by 0.03 degrees. (This afternoon, the wind went from about
2 m/s to around 8.) Note that this was for the 5m eddy mast, so this number might not
be representative of what we would see with a 10m tower. The standard deviation
in angle was 0.01 degrees, though this is mostly due to the above-mentioned
trend. Overall, I would say that our orientations are pretty good - well within
the other sonic angle accuracy of 0.1 degrees.

I think it was from flux to eddy.

Pitch and roll switched again.

I think this was from eddy to flux, but I should check.
